Lincoln University enrolls 2,377 undergrads

At Lincoln University, 87 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 58 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Jefferson City enrolled 2,478 students in fall 2018, including 2,377 in undergraduate and 101 in graduate programs, data shows. 7.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

69 percent of undergraduates are residents of Missouri, and 29 percent are residents of other states. 1 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (47 percent) and white (41 percent).
