Proactive rural area patrols and investigations continue to result in the seizure of numerous street drugs; many times meth being included.
Earlier this week, in the Guthrie area as the result of a joint investigation with the Ashland, Missouri Police Department (investigation began there and crossed the county line), a Boone County fugitive was located, stopped and arrested. A second vehicle occupant was also arrested.

Case in point — criminals don’t stop at county lines! It’s imperative agencies work together in joint efforts such as this…..
