The attached document is a query of the calls for service (referred to as CFS) handled by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office for August, 2022.
During this time frame deputies traveled over 58,603 miles during patrol and investigations.
For reference, the CFS titles are generated by the Joint Communications Center based on the initial information provided to dispatch, whereas, the communications center is not operated by the Sheriff's Office and is a separate county entity. On occasion, calls received and investigated by deputies are unsubstantiated, however, the same amount of time and effort is invested to reach that conclusion. Further, the query only provides documentation of the initial call, whereas, follow-up is ongoing to reach a resolution with several of the calls.
