On Monday, Feb. 24, former Russellville High School standout Jake Schulte’s current college team, the William Jewell Cardinals, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.

The game took place at Talley Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Peacocks this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. at Talley Stadium against Winona State Warriors.
